By becoming a member of the International Willems Federation®, you support its efforts to promote human and artistic musical education for all – children, teenagers and adults – whatever their background or culture. Your annual membership of the IFW keeps you informed of forthcoming events, and entitles you to preferential rates for courses and congresses.

Associate members or delegates

Associate Member

Membership is reserved for institutions claiming to implement the pedagogical principles advocated by Edgar Willems in the organisation of courses and the training of teachers who are Willems® graduates or in training. This membership must be validated by the IWF.

Delegate Member

Special status resulting from an agreement between an organisation and the IWF to organise training courses. The teachers involved in these courses must be accredited by the FIW and hold the Willems® Professional Didactic Diploma. Contact us for more information
